how to remove 89 RS fender?

Transmission: 700r4
how to remove 89 RS fender?
Can anybody please tell me how to remove the front fenders on an 89 RS. I have got all but 1 bolt on the passenger side. I havent even got to the drivers side. On the passengers side the one bold I have left to remove is a big fat round nut that I cant grab on to with anything. My vice grips wouldnt even grab it. What do i do? Please help!
