Fender attachment point Pic included

Hey,

I took off my rocker panel gfx today to clean them, and in the mean time I discovered something interesting. It looks like my fenders were replaced incorrectly. In all the diagrams I have seen, the bolt that connects the fender to the rocker panel (I think its the rocker panel) is pointing parralel to the ground, but mine looks like the flanges have been bent up and the bolt is now pointing perpendicular to the ground.

The first picture attached is a close up of the bolt I'm talking about, the second pic is from about 2 feet away.

Are my fenders installed correctly?
If not, does anyone have a picture of a correctly installed fender?

That seems to be pretty normal jacking damage.

yeah - they should point straight down. mine looked like that too when i first got my car. Apeiron is probably right - typical jacking damage.
