How do I repair this?

Should be a fairly easy answer...I just don't know what to use. I have a 91 rs and on my front bumper there is an area with a complete layer missing. The paint and whatever lies beneath it are gone. It's just a rough yellowish color. I'm pretty sure all I need to do is put a new layer on but I don't know what exactly to use. All help is appreciated.

Pull it and paint it separately. It's a eurethane composite I believe. Contact a bodyshop if you're not sure though

Alright, thanks. I really need a whole paint job I just want something to hold me until then. It looks pretty bad right now. I have a black car with with white bumper. I painted the driver side of the bumper with black duplicolor from walmart. lol Ran out of paint and couldn't finish tho.

You could always wear a black bra?

Sadly I never thought of that....but I don't prefer the bra's too much anyway. Good idea though.
