My driver side headlamp goes down too far and isn't alighed to the fender. I've searched and found that a lot of people ask how do adjust the light travel up and down, but nobody really gives a good answer.

Where is this damn plastic hex head screw that people refer to? How do I adjust this headlamp? Please help, my headlamp goes down too far and scrapes on fascia.
