When your first car looks like that to start, where do you go from there? LOL

I think you got an awesome ride. Looks nice and clean. I like the funky radio/steering wheel controls and the headrest adjustments. These may be typical of the Pontiacs (not to familier with them) but I like them never-the-less. The 5.7 is sweet and so is the colour. The interior tan look well kept and gives it that "rich" look.

I'd say good buy!

Nice GTA! But what's the deal with the last pic in the add being a Green 70 Mustang? Is the seller showing the reason he had to sell his GTA? He should have kept the Pontiac instead.

Whats the deal with you guys and louvers. They look damn good. I think louvers look alot better then a wide open window. If they werent so expensive, that would have been my first addon. Those louvers are dealer add on at that. After looking at dealer sticker first question out my mouth if I was buying would be "where are the louvers". Again, looks great.

I have read they wouldnt put a 5.7 in a vehicle with T Tops. But, if he has bill of sale it would have it listed. Wouldnt that make it rare?

that thing is super clean! if there was plastic wrap on it id say it was brand new! sweet find!.but that is weird that it is a 350 in a t-top cari do know they made a few of them though and that could just make it a super rare car! and hey if your gunna pull the louvers off sell them to me!!

if i were you id get some engine ID numbers and make sure you are not getting ripped off its a nice car... but there is a very big diff between a 5.0 and a 5.7 and gm very very rarely put a 350 in a t top car... only a couple got out and a couple special dealer orderd ones... i have a bad feeling about this for you man.... just make sure..;.. i mean its still very very nice but again make sure its realy a 350 and not a 305...have him get the casting numbers off of the block and make sure he doesnt just look up 350 casting numbers...

You guys are starting to get me worried. So I just now checked the RPO numbers in the center console, and L98 was listed there. Does this definitly confirm that it has the 5.7? Where are the casting numbers on the engine? and how else can I be certain that it has the 350?

I was also under the impression that all GTAs came standard with the 350. Did that change if you ordered T-tops? I thought you could only get the 305 when you special ordered one with a manual transmission.

If anyone knows these cars really well, some help would be appreciated.

I also just checked the VIN, there's an 8 in the 8th digit, meaning an L98? That's the reason for the edit.

The vin says its a 5.7 and the tops look factory and not C&C.T-top rpo code is CC1,I think.Looks legit to me Visit the Mid Atlantic section here. There are quite a few local guys up your way.
