Look at this frontend treatment!

Found this car for sale, but I thought the front end tratment looked kinda cool... althought perhaps it could have been executed a tad better... a bit more focus on the gaps at least. well I'm talking about the hood mostly of course, although there is more than that done on this car. what do you guys think?

It looks interesting. I agree, it could have been executed a bit better, but there isnt one singular detail that stands out... People on here have posted photochop ideas similar to that, but i've never seen something that has been executed. Personally, i think the hood should have stayed stock, tho the aggressiveness is neat.

That car looks like it's having an identity crisis. Maybe the owner should have just bought the skyline that he apparently wanted.

I deffinitely like how the hood makes it look mean, like its staring you down (the way it overlaps the headlights). He deffinitely could have done a better job though; you can see on the flat part where its not... flat (the part above the mesh).

LOL I got a buddy with a Cutlass that hit a deer and it gave it that same mean treatment. Looks similar to the New silverado and Suburban headlights. They pull it off.. This car doesnt.

I really like what he did with the hood. Makes it look pretty mean, but he over did it with the bumper cover. I agree with Jim on the identity crisis. It really does look like a skyline. sad.......

If it had new headlights, like from a Silverado, worked in I think the hood work would be much more presentable. It would look a lot like the new Camaro proto. As for the center section, when I look at it I think that someone couldn't afford to fix it right so they zip-tied some screen in to protect the radiator.

That nose looks worse than Michael Jackson's nose. Its like he had a dream about how he wanted the car to look and as he was drawing it on paper somebody hit him over the head with a Fast & Furious DVD and it came out looking like this. Or better yet his dog was outside taking a poo and he walked up after the dog was finished and said "HEY!!, I can make my car look like that".

J/k

Atleast someone isn't scared to try new things and make somthing there own even though we may think it looks weird. I give a A for effort and a D- for not finishing what he started.

ahaha i was thinking skyline till i read this comment...definently reminds me of that movie...badass movie on a sidenote.

The photoshop of that with the hood even looks a lot better. The car definently says Japanese styling...its not that bad in my opinion. The front opening could be a little smaller and have a nice front mount intercooler in place of the mesh grille...

Not bad compared to almost all other variations of body kits ive seen.

Id still perfer a stock 91-92 though...

If you took element69's photoshop and added headlights that filled the pockets, or maybe even headlight covers it might look cool

Ofcourse the grill has got to go, It looks like a big mouth or something and the signal lights are it's rosy cheeks

My intercooler rendition
----------
I actually think it would look ok with the hood Modification by Element and the added large intercooler.
