who makes these headlight covers

in that link for the cowl hood theres this red 3rd gen with black billet type covers(pic below)
but i did a search on here for headlights , and nothing like this came up so am just gonna out right post ask the question

small company made a very small run of them i had a thread about it awhile back on a set i found on ebay. they opened and closed electronically
