Looking for black grille insert 82 TA

I have been looking all over the web for the black louvered front grille insert for my 1982 Trans AM. I only need one side (if your looking at the car from the front it is the louver on the passenger side). Anyone know where I can find this part???

Thanks

I had a hard time finding a set for my 84 as well. I got mine off e-bay for about $70 shipped. They are rubber instead of the plastic but they are a perfect fit and look identical to stock.

Are they easy to install? I have looked on ebay but have been unable to find any. What keyword search did you use?

Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. Yes they are very easy to replace they are just held on by six torx bolts under the top ridge and bottom ridge. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Grill...QQcmdZViewItem

I dont know if the link will work but if it doesnt search parts and acessories for 1982 trans am there are several of them.

I believe both Hawks Third Gen and Modern Day Muscle have the grilles brand new.
