Does anyone have a tip for removing and replacing the glass in the side mirrors without removing the whole assembly?

I did it while it was off the car, but there are 2 phillips screws that holds the mirror on. You have to manually maneuver the glass to access each one, but you should be able to accomplish it while it is still attached to the car.
