Both my t-top cars leaked. I replaced the rubber trim and still had problems- it was alot of work to have no positive results. I'd recommend checking to make sure its firmly glued at the corners where it should be sealed up.

mine leaked so i bought some lube from ACdelco, just coated the hard cracked weatherstriping
in about 30 minutes it softened up and no leaks.

Mine had some issues so I replaced all the T Top stripping. Made it through the heart of the rainy season with no car cover and no leaks. One of these days I'll do a write up on how I did it.
