THe side ground effects use a different bolt pattern, so you will have to redrill the holes.
Thats all I can remember off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure the rest bolts right on.

With a little work you can get anything to fit, but there's always going to be a slight amount of fabrication required, but nothing too extensive. Should be relatively easy.
