firebird to trans am spoiler swap
does the trans am spoiler bolt into the same location as the trans am spoiler?
my car is an 86 and so is the trans am spoiler. if not will i just have to drill more holes? or completely differant ones?

If you are talking about the pedestal spoiler on the Firebird and the aerowing(wraparound design) on the Trans Am, then no. You will have to drill some holes and fill some holes. Why not switch the entire hatch?

Re: firebird to trans am spoiler swap
you don't need to swap the "hatch" just the decklids. just unbolt the 10mms from under the interior panel and use a putty knife to separate the decklid from the glass. do it on a hot day so the adhesive is more plyable. use windshield adhesive to stick it back together.
