i have an 87 trans am with the pop up headlights. im fed up with the moters failing all the time so i was wondering if anyone knows of a company that does replacement headlights that will do away with the pop up mechanisim. ive seen a few la mans C5 corvettes with non pop up lights and they look really good. but i have never seen any for f-bodies. or has any one tried to fabricate their own? i may have a go at making some myself perhaps????!

 

very old. shoulda searched.....i did it to one of my previous cars but have no pictures anymore...new pc.....look for "redraif" mine and her headlight mods were identical.
