Got my Hawk's 5" spoiler on, pics inside.
I just got my wing from the body shop and installed it today. The only thing I have to do now is align the hatch as you can see in the third pic. I actually have a question about that and hopefully you guys can help me out. When I go to put new sealent between the decklid and the glass, what would be the best sealent to use for that? Thanks.

Look great! Would have loved to see that big single stripe go back onto the spoiler, but I still think it looks great.
Nice work, Nice car!!!

Re: Got my Hawk's 5" spoiler on, pics inside.
Thanks for the comments guys. I been real bush since I last posted. I ended up going out and buying 3M Ribbon Sealer. My helper(girlfriend) and I went at the rear hatch to align it which I was told would fix my over hang problem and fix what I posted in the first set of pics. Needless to say, would of went faster with stronger people, I got quite pissed as I was doing this job and was cursing up a storm. Anywho, I did the best I could and here are some pics of what I accomplished, not perfect but hey, def. looks better.

That spoiler makes me wish I had a camaro. It would not look right on my formula. Beautiful car! -Bob

Thanks guys.
I bet it might actually look pretty good on a vert.
The wheels are indeed American Racing TTII's. I always loved the cragars as a little kid and then saw these and was like sheeeeit, 10x's better. I also honestly think cragars would look like *** on our cars.

sweet man, definetly adds more of an aggressive look to the rear, and it always looks great with a cowl hood...
Re: Got my Hawk's 5" spoiler on, pics inside.
I have been thinking about getting this spoiler to add to my ram II hood, but hadn't seen on in my color, well now that I have seen it it is growing on me

O, well I would say look at Camaroguys car. I know the color is a little off, but about the same. He also has ur hood and all. That would get you a great idea.
Thanks to the others with great input as well.

Re: Got my Hawk's 5" spoiler on, pics inside.
looks awesome! if i was the kind of guy to put money into the EXTERIOR of my car, instead of the drivetrain, a 2" cowl and a 5" hawks spoiler would be first on my list.

Haha, ya, I think I will be moving on to the drivetrain next, well, prolly seats, and then to the drivetrain, just needs the moneys. Just so you know, because you might actually want the 2", but the cowl on my car is a 3" if you like the looks of it as well. Thanks for the input too.

My car was originally that colour before I painted it corvette blue. I don't remember it looking that good though. The more I look at your car the more I might change it back.

Dang...that's one clean 3rd gen. The spoiler rocks, reminds me of the high-rise spoiler on the 70 1/2 Z28.

Just wanted to say Hawks is the shyt when it comes to DELIVERY. Their site says 2-6 weeks for delivery for all fiberglass hoods....I am getting mine tomorrow making that only a 4 day delivery. HELL YEAH! No wait whatsoever...its not Summits 1 day or same day delivery but hey...Its one of the quickest shipments I have out of my state.

Billsblue89 - Haha, I love the color, I think you SHOULD change it back.
90_T/AGTA - Thank you very much.
Rockyd - I got 17 x 8 up front and 17 x 9.5 in back. They were pricey but well worth the money, I cant exactly remember how much though. I think it was around 1800 with tires.
navy02ws6 - Ya, I think thats basically where the idea came from.
I H8 WWD -
That cracked me up, the bold letters stuck out at me in excitemnet. Glad you like, I love it as well. If you did get one, it may not be perfect, I know mine isnt. It will grow on you even if its ****ed up, and most likely you will be the only one to notice. I know mine has a larger gap on one side than the other because of the mold, but o well. Looks good anways.
Thanks again for all the coomments.
