I see camaros like this color all the time what is this color called?! i want mine like this but a little bit darker

Possibly this? 
It's called Dark Teal Metallic and was offered in the later 3rd gens. It's colour code was 37 / (WA 9238).
Are you referring only to 3rd gen Camaros that you've seen? The reason I ask is 4th gens offered a couple different greenish colours. This Polo Green is also similar.

The teal was offered in 91 and 92. From 92 onwards a Dark Green-Grey metallic was also offered (code 18).
