Saying goodbye to my baby rs...

Well today I took the plates of my car and put the for sale sticker too. It is at a body shop locally where he sells alot of muscle-type cars. I never thought today would come, but it is here. Thanks to everyone who helped out with my silly girl questions in the past. I got my new car a few days ago she is really nice but she'll never replace the batmobile!!!! I got the 2008 altima coupe. Again thanks to all and see you on the road.

100 more hp and better ride, more reliable and an all around nice car. Sounds like a nice upgrade. I've been thinking of upgrading my daily driver Maxima to an Altima coupe, be fun to have two 6 speed cars

I'll agree with you there, which is why I have no plans on getting rid of my IROC anytime soon.

Re: Saying goodbye to my baby rs...

I hate to see anyone give up thier f-body. I believe that they have hit rock bottom price wise, and will begin to appreciate soon. I was not driving my third 1983, that I had owned from 1983 to 2003, and after several months of thought, sold it. I was sorry from the minute it left the house. Withdrawals and DT's soon followed! Lucky,I found my current f-body, a 27K original 1986 WS6, and my wonderful wife bought it for my 51st birthday. Although my daily drivers are a P-74 Crown Vic, and a F-350 Diesel Super Duty, the T/A has it's perminent place in the garage, for those wonderful Sunday cruises. The Crown is a great car, and a good daily driver, but it's just not an F-body. I think that I will leave the Trans AM to my grandson in my will! Charles
