Spoiler

The Camaro I have was in an accident on both sides in the rear. The body guys that the previous owner brought the car to permanently attached the rear spioler to the sides of the car. Is there any way to remove it with out destroying everything?

Re: Spoiler

Re: Spoiler

Well, i am guessing that they joined it with body filler or some type of commercial product. It's like it's part of the quarter panel! It's really attached on there.

Re: Spoiler

Well, i'm not sure. I just started working on the car yesterday and noticed these things. I didn't remove any bolts yet. I was fosusing on the engine first. I won't be able to get to the car for a while now so. Sorry for any confusion. I'll post some pics as soon as i can.

Re: Spoiler

i believe there is 3 bolts per side holding the side spoiler pieces on so remove those and they should come off.

Re: Spoiler

you have to remove the taillights to get to the 3rd bolt that holds it on. take off the back plastic panel and un screw the wing nuts with your fingers. then remove taillight and it will be up in the corner.
