Re: Anyone see these headlights?

Those don't look very well made.
It doesn't even look like a projector really, just looks like a piece of rounded glass put in front of a bulb. Which would only cause glare to on coming traffic.

And it doesn't even appear as if the two are centered the same.

The glare on these with HID would blind everyone on the road, I don't think these are even really projectors, I think they are just a piece of rounded glass in front of the bulb.

I've seen similar lights as these on the 4Runner forums I belong too, people who bought them complain that the beam pattern was horrible, and they even eventually went back to the factory assemblies.

Re: Anyone see these headlights?

you can tell from the picture they are not projector headlights. Just those nasty looking shitty blue bulbs in a round enclosure. Tacky.

I remember seeing a place a while back that made the projectors for our cars and it was like 200$ or 300$ a set. Not worth it IMO.

Re: Anyone see these headlights?

do they make housings that are just black with no projectors...ill use those...its mostly a race show car rarelly driven on the street...so as long as they appear as headlights its good nuff....

Re: Anyone see these headlights?

ok igot mine. First theyre not really proj. lights . they just have a concave lense in front of the bulb. But thats not why i bought them. I wanted black headlights. They kinda look like demon eyes or like vampire eyes out of the movies... nice evil look. As far as brightness they are about 20% dimmer than stock(obviously). But even my originals were dim, Im hopefully going to be installing a new harness in the next week. Trying to get pics up tom.

Re: Anyone see these headlights?

those black ones look really good on the camaro, but i think they would look a ton better if you sanded the word "top" on the front of them off. i think there was a thread about doing that to taillights a while back, and it didnt seem like too much work at all.
