Bent Frame check

Hello all,
I was told by an older gearhead that if I was to pour water on the street and run over it and only saw 2 tire lines the frame of a car is ok, if I saw 4 line or otherwise then there is a possibilty the frame is bent, I want clarify in order to help a friend who is planning on buying a Camaro and is stoked due to the cheap price, I want to go check it out and help him spend his money smart. Please help and break this fact or fiction.

Re: Bent Frame check

You would see the car bent if you saw 4 tire lines. Have him take it for a ride and follow him, make shure it doesnt dog tail. Also inspect the heck out of the underside and rear and front bumper supports.
