How difficult to swap to power mirrors?
I'm tired of both of my mirrors moving when I don't want them to and its 35 degrees out and I have put the window down to fix them. How difficult is it to swap to power mirrors? I didn't see any tech articles, so I'm not sure if just the mirrors can be swapped and the interior switches added, or if the doors need to be swapped.
Not sure if this is better here or the interior board...
Thanks,
Jeff

Re: How difficult to swap to power mirrors?
It can be done without switching doors, but you will need all the parts.
If your current doors have no power accessories, then it will be more work, but still do able.
If you already have power windows or power locks, then all you need is the power mirrors, and all the wiring and such for the mirrors.
If you don’t have any power accessories on the doors, you will need that rubber flexible hose that goes between the door and the car to run your wires through, plus you will need to do some cutting.
