Eh...Which one to fix?

Hey guys, need a little advice regarding what to do with my cars. I recently purchased a 305tbi '91 parts car, that runs but has issues with overheating and overheated atleast twice on my way home with it. Floorboards are rusting through (removed the driver's fender and took a nice chunk of the floor with me >.>) It also has major electrical issues (brake lights don't work, turn signals/hazards blow fuses, and the radiator fan wiring has been hacked to hell).

The plan was to swap the driver's door and fender and other misc parts over to my '89 v6 which still runs strong other than the head gasket leak. But seeing I have the greatest luck in the world I lost control the other night in the rain and ended up sliding into a pole bending my frame by the pass headlight the slightest bit (I'll snag a pic of it later this afternoon) and can't get the new bumper brace on. I was quoted around 500 over the phone, and haven't had time to take it in to get an estimate.

So any recomendations? Do I spend roughly 500 to have the frame fixed on the v6 with a leaking headgasket or fix the parts car?

Have the frame fixed...new floor pans, wiring, cooling system, etc. will cost a butt load more.

nope as stated above the subframe is a structural part of the car that isn't removeable unless you feel like cutting..

It doesn't look too bad but I'm like a half inch off from the brace fitting...
