Hit and Run

On saturday I took my son to a farmers market to get him a pumpkin, (he's 2) anyway I took my 88 GTA parked it no where near anyone, the only other person in the store was this old *** lady, when i came out there was a white mark on my rear bumper.

I know she couldnt have hit it, by backing into it, cause i was too far away she had to have hit it with the front, and known she hit it.

I rubbed the white paint out, with some compound, but now it has a spidered on the left side and looks bad.

Old bag hope she crooked on the way home.

Re: Hit and Run

That really sucks. One night I was out in my '87 Camaro not too long after I had it repainted. I was sitting at a green light waiting to turn left when a car that was coming by me side swiped me and just kept right on going. It was about 1:30am on a Friday night, so I'm sure the guy was probably drunk. Before I could turn around and catch up with him to get a license plate number, he was long gone. I guess I'm lucky he didn't veer towards me too much and hit me head on.

Sorry to hear that. That happened to me over 10 times in the parking lot at work, then I started parking really far away, like ridiculously far and I think I escaped the idiots, but they always catch up .

Believe me, that was the first thing that crossed my mind, but then luckily common sense kicked in. I probably would have created a pretty big pile up because there were still more cars coming and I would have ended up hitting one of them. It happened at the busiest intersection in town. Man was I mad when I pulled into my garage and saw the damage that fool created. Nothing like having to pay out of your own pocket for something that another moron caused.

Ah, I was thinking that traffic would be dead. Definitely best not to cause another accident. It does always seem like the innocent people get screwed. Gotta love it
