build sheet decoding
I have a build sheet for my 91 Formula. Does anyone know what box on the sheet would have the exterior paint code? The car is a dark grayish blue color. I have not yet seen one this color, and it is factory paint. thanks

build sheet as in paper? or do you mean the RPO code sticker? i got a few build sheets from various thirdgens i found over the years i can look, but the paint code will be on your RPO code sticker witch should be located in the center console or rear storage compartment lid and is located at the bottom and should start or look like
"BCCC WA-" also i believe theres a paintcode taged to your radiator support but im not sure

Yes, build sheet as in the paper found in the car. The car itself is not here with me, so I can't look inside at the RPO stickers, but I do have the build sheet here and figured it would have the info I seek. thanks

87 ... The car must be gunmetal metallic. But you still may need to look at the rpo sticker to find the correct color code. It could be wa9243 or wa9536.

Re: build sheet decoding
Could you post a scan of your buildsheet for us all to see what one actually looks like?
