Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
My biggest problem is that it looks like a spoiler from a completely different car that you tried to make fit...which it is, but it looks like a Civic spoiler.
It's great that you want to try it and be different...if YOU like it, go for it. That's what matters!

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
I don't really like it. My biggest question is why? Why would you want two spoilers? They just don't fit together and they basically will mess up each others wind flow.
Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
I usually applaud people's creativity around here, but that seriously looks like you were either too lazy or didn't have the know how to remove the stock spoiler.
BTW, if you do remove the lower stock spoiler, you're gonna need a welder unless you half-*** the repair.

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
After scrolling all the way down and reading the other replys, my eyes are still burning from thos pics. Not tring to be too hard on you,But its pretty eazy to over accesorise a car. And people are gonna laugh at you behind your back. Dont miss understand me. I Think that it is great that you are tring to be different. This doesnt look creative so much as lazy. I know being different on a budget can be hard. But if you save up the money you spend on a bunch of small things that dont look or work quite right you would have enough money for one really good mod and be a lot better off in the long run. Spend your money on function and practicality. Other wize people are going to think you trying to be a "Bad A**" I'd rather be able to win a fight rather than having to back down because I knew I could win(But my car looks COOL and FAST) Got it?
And always remember if your a "Bad A**" or a Dumb A**, your still just an A** (Not you personaly, just a general rule!)

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
I'd say no, the back shot looks good even the 2nd but the thrid (side shot) it just looks so "Glued" on. Does not look like it was made to be on the car if you know what I mean.
Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
first off take a deep breath becuase thus is not on my car its a spolier on ebay that says its supposed to mount over our stock spoiler so I thought it looked sweet from the back but the side ruins it but the back looks a little like a NSX from the back. but most of all thanks for opinions

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
While I admire a dare to be different, I have to agree with the guys who say no to the double spoiler. It really does make an individual appear lazy, and would be the type of thing on an import that will get all of us screaming rice! If you do really like the top spoiler (I also agree it appears to be a Civic-ish model), at least do yourself the favor of removing the lower spoiler and spend the time to make it a clean instal. While many may not like it, at least they wouldn't cringe at a lazy job. Again it is your car, and if you really like it go for it, I'm just trying to give you some pointers to help make it a little easier to swallow. Not my style, but it's not my car either....
P.S. how would you open the hatch?

If you like the high rise, why not get a 91/92 z28 spoiler or a hawks 5 inch? Both look pretty good in my opinion.

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
so whats the plans after the spoiler? a roof scoop? but seriously i dont see how that can be made to look good. if you removed the stock spoiler and molded the new on to look like it belonged, maybe.

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
do what you wish but i agree somewhat looks like you did not want to pay to have the holes filled in where the old one was. i might like it better if the side pieces where gone and it was molded into one. But i like the high rise by itself better. IMHO.
Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
alright...instead of we keep bashing this guy, take a second to read the like 4 posts that he clearly said this is not his car...
i agree as well that its a nice attempt to be different, it just doesnt really work together at all....and soeone said that they'd mess up eachother's air pattern, well i don tknow about that cuz with my 87 t/a with the 4th gen spoiler, i can tell you that the air doesnt ever go all the way down the hatch....it barely goes over the spoiler, i can tell this cuz if i wash the car and hit the highway, the water droplets dont blow off, instead they evaporate.
i just wouldnt spend the money on that....theres probably a pretty good reason why its on ebay....the guy probably put it on his car and said 'CHRIST THIS IS HORRIBLE! EBAYYYYYY!'

Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
I don't like it either its like a regular spoiler blended with the z28 style that didn't work out
Re: double spoiler I like what do you think
If I had two extra spoilers like that, I'd $hit on one and cover it up with the other.
Just kidding dude. Not my cup of tea.
