Will it work

I was wondering if it is possible to switch over a door with manual components to an automatic components such as the mirror and the window? Reason why i ask is because im paintin my car and i need to get a different drivers door cause mine is to far gone so please need help.

yes it possible, it all bolts up with different holes, there is holes for both power and manual on every door

i had to do it...BTW, on your new door, make sure there is no bondo on it, i just had to get another door cuz my last one had too much bondo on it.

speaking of bondo.. (of topic) Would bondo mend well for a small fiberglass patch...

I am a an old school bodyman and would probably use a fiberglass based filler for that application. I prefer stuff with "strands" in it. Bonds way better (make sure you apply to clean area and push a thin coat on in all the crevaces before building up, air is not your friend) dries harder and resists moisture a heck of alot better than bondo. It is heavier and tougher to work with though.
