So I've been out of the Camaro scene for a while. I'm working on restoring my 85 Camaro and I'm in need of some parts. It seems Classic Industries is now slacking on replacement part offerings and after some searching on the web I have not been able to find some parts. Looking for some help. The list below is everything I need, some of which I've found on Classic Industries as well as Eckler's Camaro. The bigger issue is the door skin/shell. No one seems to have them anymore. All you can buy now are the lower sections of the door, but not the entire skin/shell.

Don't know about your area, but around here (NC) Camaros are a dime a dozen. I see alot of them for sale in Craigslist for $500 - for those prices maybe you could get a whole car off Craigslist or something and cut out what you need.

I thought about buying a whole car a 1992 Z28 to use as a shell. However I have so much freakin work into the one I have now with the interior and all. I'd rather not mess with doing that all again if I don't have too. Plus that and everyone seems to want at least $4k for a decent Camaro (would love to find one with a blown 350 TPI)

Hey Tony. I actually already checked out the 1A Auto website and didn't really see anything I needed. My entire Camaro has been redone with the exception of the floor boards and exterior. Well at least the back half the entire front end is new.

I saw your website as well. However I'd like a one stop shop if I can as frieght charges are going to kill me if I have to buy from multiple places. I didn't see any rear quarters and I'm really looking for new parts. I'd like to minimize the prep work involved.

x2 on the donor car. That is what I did. I will admit its not easy to cut out floors and rear quarters, but it can be done. If you can find a rust free car and can cut out the metal, its not a bad alternative. However, if you have the $, its much less hassle to buy replacement parts. Even if you have to finesse them to get them to fit.
