Now, its my first post 
but anyways. I love my car to death despite the few problems.
how would I go about fixing them? and its a 92 camaro rs 25th anniversary
Such as.. the 3rd brake light does not go on, I have changed the bulb but it still did not work, and as I changed the bulb, the previous one was warm, but it wasn't going on so i'm assuming the wiring is bad somewhere, how would I go about this?
secondly.. the driver side window is dead, doesn't go down or up, any advice on what to do? if I could do it home or do I need to take it somewhere?
and third. just last night, as I was going to start my car, as I turned the key it went 'click", i turned the key again 'click', and the third time it started. could it be the spark plugs? or the starter?
i'm gonna do the spark plugs on friday, so is there anyway to check the starter myself?

91/92 third brake lights are notorious for being troublesome, and most of the time it's the actual socket that is bad and making poor connections.
i'm not sure if you can remove and reinstall the window motor while leaving the regulator in the door, not sure how to drop the window safely to take out the regulator with motor unless you have a second person that you trust dearly to hold the window up as you remove the motor/regulator in the door as one piece. If you choose that route, you can remove the door panel, have someone hold the glass, drill out the four rivits that hold the window regulator to the shell of the door, and then twist and work the regulator out of the door. From there, remove the motor and install a new one. Careful lowering the glass after you get the regulator out of there.
I would have to guess it's the starter if the battery is fully charged. Remove the starter, bring it to your local auto parts store like advance auto or auto zone, or even napa, and have them bench test your starter.

I used this method when replacing mine, and it worked great!

If all else fails, try replacing it - the whole assembly can be had on eBay for about $20 - I just looked, and the ones I saw were priced too high - just search "camaro brake light" and keep checking every few days until you come across one that's reasonably priced. Maybe look into a LED replacement bulb for it too - no heat from an LED thus housing/socket will live longer

Yea, even if you had to replace the socket, an LED would be the absolute perfect thing to use, as mentioned, no heat, plus 100,000 hours being lit, the thing would out last the car. Probably what i'll be doing to both of my '91/92 hatches when i get the chance.

I just stop and wait a few seconds, go to start it, and hold it there... until it finally cranks.
Sounds like the problem i have, my first reaction when nothing happens it to turn the key back and stop trying to crank it... but holding it there, it finally does go after a couple seconds.

Careful doin that, thats how i've fried a starter. Even though it's not turning over, it's heating up.

Welp, the spark plugs didn't go as easily as expected :X so i'll probably just take it a shop heh.
and I recently found out the ignition wires are on the exhaust manifold.
now, could I just use electrical tape or something that way and put the wires somewhere? and could anyone.. show a picture? where they are.
