Lol, yeah but man, it's a real piece of crap now.. I mean the flexible exhaust was bad but now it doesn't even have tail lights or mirrors
The hatch is pretty bad, don't know if I can even fix it short of bungee cords lol.

if the frame isn't twisted its worth it.. but if it's twisted then just sadly part out what you can then junk it.

Re: Accident, worth repairing?
It doesn't look that bad but I'm pretty sure the frame took a hit, didn't take any pics, it just needs a little TPS, ten pound sledge, I'm sure. Should fix the dings and a glad bag should work for the hatch window. As for the median colored siding, I figure it's like decals but better. Need two new wheels and tires, they'll probably cost more than I paid for the car. Damn safe auto.
edit: As for parting out, lol. 10 bolt open diff 2.73's, LG4.. eek. Is any of it worth parting? Anyway, I should get off my *** and see what I can do. Or hit up victory auto on this fine snowy day.

That sucks man, not much snow here, just ice and one lane expressways. Looks like I can get the tires/wheels for $40 each, not too bad. Car still looks like **** though!

Re: Accident, worth repairing?
I'm in prospect heights, just off of 83. I pounded the hell out of the rim with a ten pound sledge and the leak stopped, or at least the audible leak stopped. Put the donut on the other. I'm not sure what to do with the hatch, I got it to close but both rear quarters are pushed in...both of which I also pounded back out a bit. Really looks like hell, but it drives alright, thanks for the offer though. Any idea if the JCW replacement body parts are any good?

Re: Accident, worth repairing?
there's a certifit in Addison I know of that still has some of our body parts, otherwise your best bet is the parts place inc. in elburn IL, or ordering off of classic industries. if the engine is good, if the fram rails are good, and she's solid underneith, then I personally would hang new quarters on it, ive got a decent body guy who lives on 355 and roosevelt who's looking for work right now if you want to do it.

Re: Accident, worth repairing?
If I were you I would take it to a highschool that has collision repair, if they have a frame machine they can tell you exactly how far off everything is. It looks like a quarter would put u back in buisness with maybe a lil pullin to straighten it up first. Id say just check with them. Im pullin my car nxt week most likely, my passanger side front got hit before I got it and they just drilled new holes and put a fender on, mines rolled in about an inch and he said that its gunna be an easy pull for me to do.

Re: Accident, worth repairing?
Um, the hatch is not off center... but the back of the car is. No doubt about it, the butt of the car needs pulled over. Far from "just needs a new quarter hung on it".
