rot at base of windshield

Pulled the windshield from my project car yesterday and discovered a lot of rot at the base of windshield. Mainly at the sides where the door, fender, and windshield all come together. Just wondering who else has run into this problem and what the best course of action would be. I'll try and get some pictures up. thanks.

Re: rot at base of windshield

depending on what it looks like, you can either wire wheel it then kitty hair it. or get to drilling spot welds and find a replacment panel from a junker
