1984 Z28 Camaro Front Bumper question
I have a 1984 Z28 Camaro, I hope this is the right place to ask.
my question is this:
I've been told by a couple of people and have read here and there that the original bumper I have on the Camaro is considered "rare" to find apparently? Is this true?
If so how much do you think I could get for it?
BTW! I'm wanting to know if there is anything under my hood I can take out without it affecting the car, such as emissions stuff, where would I post on these forums for something like that?

I wouldn't put the 82-84 Z28's in the "rare" catigorie by any means. I think they are a little less common than the 85's on....but not rare. Guess it just depends where your located too....I see them quit a bit around here.

Re: 1984 Z28 Camaro Front Bumper question
82-84 Z28 front bumper is rare for obvious reasons being that its only a 2 year bumper. There use to be GM and Aftermarket replacments but that was very long ago and have been discontinued. I actually have 2 aftermarket pieces sitting in the garage. A new un-used bumper can sell for around $250-300. Used could sell for around $150.

Thank you for the posts guys. I'll keep this in mind if I ever need to get a new one. For now I think I'm going to keep the one I have on it as there is nothing wrong but some paint missing here and there.
