Are these fixable?

You have nothing to lose by removing, sanding, priming and painting, them. Replacements, IIRC, are expensive.

No - not fixable ... send them to me and I'll properly dispose of them for you

Seriously - be careful if you are going to attempt to seperate the metal trim from the glass - I had a set and thought I'd remove the metal trim and sand/repaint - but the glue used just ended breaking the glass. If it were me, I'd sand and repaint without trying to seperate - just tape off the glass..

Mine were similar and I attempted to clean them up myself with no success. Notice the "were". : )
