Where can I find a new lens for one of the fog lights on my 1988 Trans Am?

100% rebuildable with $8 Harbor Freight driving lights. (I believe Blazer is what the HF ones are copied after). Lens retainer has to be reused from OEM lamp housing.

You can get them from Daivd T's auto center in Edmonton Alberta. He has at leaset 500 to 600 firebirds and camaros on the lot. I have bought new and used parts from him and he's great to deal with.

As mentioned, the lenses on Blazer lights, which are available everywhere, are a direct swap for the OEM lenses.

Also check your local Walmart. They sell a set called Hyperwhites. They are bright as hell and don't have a piece of metal in front of the bulb. I put them on my '86 and my sons' 88.
