wiper arm pressure

Hi.

I don't think my drivers side wiper arm is applying enough pressure to my window. When it rains, it just wipes high and low on the blade, but 'misses' the middle, making it very difficult to drive. I've changed the blades, same thing.

Do I need to change the arm? Or is there a 'spring' that needs to be changed?

Thanks

Re: wiper arm pressure

Might be off the spindle that the arm attaches too on the car, apple pressure to the base of the wiper arm, also it sounds like its jumping so might be the moter or something. idk id wait for more input.
