It comes on & off at random. Been doing that for a few months now. It'll stay off for a month, come on one day, stop somewhere & when I get back in? No light.
I pulled the code one day, forget what it was, but nothing to even worry about.

Shure I would be up for some fitment with a pre '91 car . Let me know when you are ready . I think it looks good on Stephens car so we'll see how it looks on yours and mine . I think it will look good on all of them . You're even making it for the Camaro to aren't you ?

Yup, we've got a super nice Camaro hood to start from - We'll be making both. The Camaro one will most likely include some side vents as well, but we'll see....

Re: NEW Firebird Hood Options: WE NEED YOUR INPUT ** VOTE **
that picture is gone, can you re-post it?
As far as the rest of this conversation... I think something more angular goes with the body lines of the '82-90 cars better, and a hard peak like the flat hoods and some of the cowl hoods out there have looks a bit weird in them, but a break/center line looks OK.
For the most part I feel that too tall a scoop looks wrong on most cars, but nothing tall seems to work very well on 3rd gen firebirds, 3" is about what you can get away with even with the right body lines, but even then it's all about proportion, you change the size and how hard the edges that look right changes. For example, I think just about everyone likes the early TA/formula style hood on them even thought the lines don't really follow the lines of the rest of the car.

Two shots there and I also have this;

I'm not too keen on how it ends at the back. I'd like to see it come to at least the windshield but it's still different enough to be cool.

Hood was picked up from a swap meet a bit ago. FWIW, there was no info on origin or where the swap meet guy got it from.

Mine is only 1.5" tall (used a wooden 2"x4" to hold it up) and I already can't even see the passenger side headlight when it is up!
I had a Camaro with a 3" cowl induction hood & it never bothered me. This one at only half the height, makes it hard to gauge where that side of the car is.

Nope - None actually - Its a failed venture. I won't go into details yet. Let's just say it's best to know the people you are claiming as friends REALLY WELL before you venture into business with them...

Oh boy, glad I didn't hold my breath for this one!
I never get my hopes up when something like this is announced because it ussually never happens. And Dante, sorry to hear about the "business deal" troubles. I have a close freind that owns a business and know exactly the type of "freinds" your talking about, after hearing his stories.

I hope you showed him what YOU thought about him.
Don't forget about this though. Maybe you can find someone else who isn't a deceitful ***.
