plastic filler for front bumper?

plastic filler for front bumper?

hi i am sanding down my front bumper cover and going to repaint it, and there are some bad pit spots in it so i was wondering if the was any kind of plastic epoxy/filler stuff i could use?

You can get bumper repair epoxy at any parts store.

Evercoat makes a very good putty for bumper cover repairs. You would most likely have to get it from an automotive paint supplier.

Yes they do and you can also buy it at O Reilly auto parts

The Oreilly here does not have anything like that.
Went in there the other day and they don't even have any freakin lug nuts! Well thats not true, they keep them behind the counter and had 3 of the 7/16x20 standard nuts..... but they could order the rest!

Not all stores carry paint supplys but if you ask them they will order it for you the store here is a paint store as well some stores sell Dupont and some stores sell Sherwin-Williams

ok thanks every body. i will go check the parts store. and does any one know what type of paint i should use when painting those bumper covers?

A base coat and clear coat that your local paint store sells.

I agree BC/CC my brand is PPG but there are other good brands out there I would use PPG or Dupont they have good color matchs
