Coolant and Washer Tanks
I am looking for new replacement tanks for my 89 Camaro. The coolant tank part number is 10170175 and the washer tank is 22063426. According to my local dealer, they are no longer available.
Is there somewhere else to get these? All the sites I have checked only show the 82-88 style. My style is the slightly larger ones and the washer tank has the hole for the tank mounted washer pump.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Or Iif anyone knows how to modify the older tanks to accept the in-tank mounted washer pump.... I can live with the other tank design if theres a way to modify it for my in-tank pump....

They are discontinued with hawks....only style available anywhere that I have found is the older smaller version.... I could live with the smaller tanks if there was a way to modify it to accept the in-tank pump....

Ok my local dealer finally stopped being lazy. They located the proper coolant bottle in Houston and has ordered it for me. However, they cannot locate the washer bottle on a nationwide search. Does anyone know how to modify the 82-88 washer bottle to accept the 89-92 in tank washer pump?

i am trying to find the 89-92 style as thats what fits my 89 camaro..... they are discontinued....... However, the 82-88 style is still available.....go figure....
If I purchase the 82-88 style, is there a way to modify it to accept the washer pump from the 89-92 version. 82-88 style did not have a tank mounted pump.....

GM parts direct still sells them new. Cheap as all get out too. Like 15 bucks each. Dresses up the motor nicely.
