i believe you do the bolts to remove the fender you have to remove the 7 bolts on top theirs a tab on the bottom by the door under the ground effects their is also a bolt on the bottom of the fender in front of the wheel well there are 6 holding the mask to the fender and behind the mask there is a tab with 1 bolt on it then slightly lift the hood and slide the fender from under it.

Re: Removing doors...
I remember removing doors without touching the fender, with either standard wrenches, or a rachet socket. But IIRC, some I had to get at with the door not opened all the way - makes working the bolts harder, but allows access to them. Just watch those fingers!

Re: Removing doors...
I had mine off to replace the hinges last summer and left the fenders alone. The bottom hinge assembly has three bolts, one is accessed from inside at the kick panel. All three for the upper hinge are on the outside. I found the easiest tool to use for the bolts on the outside was a box end ratcheting wrench. And like camaronewbie said - watch the fingers!
Re: Removing doors...
I just removed the door off my donor car today, you do not have to take the fender off.
You can get to the last bolt on the lower hinge by removing the inner plastic fender. You'll be able to get to the bolt that way, I used a ratcheting wrench and had the door off in about 20 minutes.

Look where your tire is, the plastic insert that keeps dirt and stuff from going up inside the car. That is what I'm talking about. Just remove that, and you'll be able to get right to the bolt.

Yeah I thought he was talking about a shield between the door/fender....apologies. I have been putting off buying ratcheting wrenches for years, might have to break down and get some now.... O_o

Re: Removing doors...
I got to those hard to reach bolts with a 1/4 ratchet and socket. Took a little time but i got it. I also found out that at some point my driver side door had been off and who ever put it back on put that 3rd bolt in backwards....made getting it off pretty easy, but it wasnt really serving any purpose in the first place.
