looks like frame is cracked
is this possible was taking tork converter bolts look underneath where front frame section welds to firewall it looks to me like that partis flexing bad and sealer is falling out need feedback what should i do 
im glad to say it was a false alarm checked today all the welds look good justseam sealer got old and is falling out in piecesthanks guys

Common in early third gens, I should know I have had this problem lol.
What I would do is get that part of the frame cleaned and the welded up really good and ground down. After that I would get some steel plates welded in over the welded crack to further strengthen it. To prevent this problem from coming back get the triangular steering braces from a later year of third gens, and a wonderbar from an IROC installed as well. Subframe connectors stiffen the mid section of the car and I don't believe they do very much of anything for the steering section of the frame.
