Re: Pick-n-Pull *HALF OFF SALE* this weekend!

Love those places near me (Hammond IN & Summit) always found the best stuff there that I was looking for. Figured that since people can check online and see what they have that most of the stuff will be gone before a week goes by but not the case here.

Have fun picking those small parts that complete your project/build.

The world is not the size of a bubble.

How can you go onto a world-wide forum and shout that some random, unnamed junkyard in the west is having a half-off sale on the "sh*tpile out back" (as if it weren't cheap enough already...) without realizing that:

A) You didn't give a junkyard name
B) You didn't give a junkyard location
C) It won't apply to 99.999999% of the people posting here

???

I realize you are trying to help people, but did you think before you posted this?

It's like when people post a classified ad for a car and don't think the price, mileage, or condition are things people just maybe would want/need to know.

In the time you took to post that Puma you could of gone to Picknpull.com and check the nearest one near you and see if there is anything there.

Hey, sometimes it's frustrating when guys on here post as if 100% of the members live in the Central USA. Like talking about emissions laws, and saying that catalytic convertors are THE LAW. No - they are the law where YOU live. Not necessarily where everyone else lives.

Luckily, Pickapart is pretty universal across North America. Over the last few years they've gotten pretty useful. Putting in a car part cross-reference system was
excellent. Very helpful - I believe that half off sale applies to my area then too
...Does seem like something that might be posted in the "aftermarket seller" type of forum, rather than body though...

I'm referring to *PICK-N-PULL* not any other business,
nor any other location of the world in Which *PICK-N-PULL* is not located.

if any other business and or location has this type of sale, great!, I'd expect them to as well. but that's Not what this thread was intended to inform

Re: Pick-n-Pull *HALF OFF SALE* this weekend!

My apologies, where I'm from "pick-n-pull" is a generic term for any junkyard. I did not realize it was an actual name, let alone a chain.
