what makes a 3rd gen a lemon bodywise?
what makes a 3rd gen a lemon bodywise?
I recently purchased/traded and got a 91 camaro rs the car appears to have been hit in the back drivers quarter the body appears pretty solid doesn't look like the date was to extreame its just the back panel (were the tail light goes) on the drives side is bent and you can tell it was repaired. The car has a clean title the frame appears straight and looks great (no rust) would this affect the car at all? And what would make a fbody a lemon in general body wise ?

the same thing that makes every other car a lemon, a previous owner (or current owner) doing things the wrong way. ie, filling a 2" deep dent with bondo instead of pulling the dent out.

No Frame, unibody, when you say you can tell it has been repaired, how do mean? ripples (waves) in the body? that can be fixed correctly

The tail light panel is bent up and the driver. The driver side back quarter panal apears to have been repaired with bondo near the end of the quarter. Looks like it was hit in ***. The body looks great on the outside but if I remove my taillight it looks terrable.
