Hi,

Is it possible to get the sheet metal piece behind the headlight in a Firebird and also the bottom piece that the L bracket screws into. I tought about getting the complete core support section that has the radiator section and the two headlight pieces each side but shipping from the US to Ireland is killing me.

Was wondering if I could get the passenger side metalwork I should be okay as the radiator support is fine. That piece isn't heavy so shipping shouldn't be crazy.

That area behind the mounting plate definitely needs some replacement, but since it isn't an area you can see, you should be able to weld in some sheet metal and stock once you remove all the rot. However, if the whole headlight/radiator area is that bad, you prob should weld a whole front clip on. It will be tough to get someone to cut one off and ship it to you though.

 

The radiator section is okay rust wise. I can get the driver side piece off a car that has been wrote off in an accident. The passenger side is all I need. Tought someone might be making this section as it is an area that rots in them all. All I can find for thirdgens is a Battery tray and lower door skins. Is there anyone making any other parts?
