Floor pan done quarter panel fitted
Well got the floor pans done and the quarter panel fitted today i am well on the way of maybe having it done this year

All finished welded and ground almost ready for a skim coat of bondo.
Ya doing it myself, 29 years in a sheet metal fab shop welding and finish grinding pays off in the long run.Body work for 25 years dont hurt much either.

Wow. Lots of work there. Looks good. We're all hoping you don't have a case of Rustoleum spraybomb waiting to finish it off. Seems to be a lot of that going on around here lately.

I wish rustoleum, epoxy primer,2k primer,sealer,base,clear and all activators and thinners almost a months pay and thats at slighty above cost.

This is how all these cars need to be redone. I went to the junkyard the other day to cut out floor pans for my car and was amazed at what I saw. 4 of the 7 thirdgens had thin sheet metal beat to death to kinda get the shape of the floor and then was riveted to what wasn't rusted out.LOL
There was only one firebird that had a small section intact. It had surface rust that i took the wire wheel to and treated. the rest of them were rusted completely out. I'm going to have to get flat stock and fab up the rest.
