window keeps coming off track.

window keeps coming off track.
ive aligned drivers window three times. it last for two weeks then sure enough the front of the window pops out track and it ends up on the outside of the triangle. anyone have this problem?

i did, you can move the triangle in a little bit. there is an adjustment for it once the door panel is off
