do 89 rs tail lights fit 83camaros???

I think they may be too large... and your car definatly won't have an 83 look to it anymore...

Yes they will bolt right in. A friend of mine switched his '82 taillights to '90 ones with the grid pattern and they fit fine.

 

Hehe...I went the opposite way, putting '85 IROC lights on my '89!! They look great!! If you're gonna swap the lights, I'd recommend the IROC/Z28/'91-'92 RS tailights more than my old style...they do make a nice difference.
