4th Gen floor pan in a 3rd gen car

My driver side floor pan is rusted pretty bad and needs to be replaced. Could a 4th gen pan be used? From what i've seen the rear of the pan is almost an exact match. Is there any major differences towards the front of the pan?

Why not use a thirdgen pan? Try Classic Industries or one of the sponsors above.
