They run about $46 each from Dal. They only come in grey - you have to paint/dye to match. Good luck, I tried to dye/paint/color my grey ones to black and I didn't find anything that would do it. Ended up using a permanent black magic marker to color both seat belts and it's slowly wearing off. No tricks to bolting them back in, pretty straight forward.

I went the illegal way buy cutting them out and buying the material to make new belts. The material has a stronger tensile strength than the original belts, but what makes it ilegal is that the sewing has do be done by someone who is certified.
Reason why I did this was because I could of got a set of new black seat belts from GM in the Atlanta area, but I was looking at spending over $600 easily for all the belts.

I did the same thing at first, trying to dye them with just about everything out there, and nothing worked. So I went the way of making my own.

Seat belts from GM are extremely pricey, I was quoted around $400-$500 by GM. Your best bet is to find a used pair and have them reconditioned if they aren't to your liking. Check out www.ssnake-oyl.com for info on restoring belts.

Well... I have ordered and received three of the front belts from Dal. I got the three-point side (meaning the part that you pull over you and clip into the short part with the button) and they cost $46 each.

That's my experience.

You're not dumb, brother, though I may be for not clarifying. Dal Lambert is a guy that will get you parts at dealer cost. Call him at VanDevere Pontiac (IIRC) at (800) 362-9494. Make sure to tell him you got his number/name from the internet list so you get the discount! He's good people and offers good service.
