Repairing the dash

My dash is busted up on the drivers side, right on the corner, and the foam is showing. The space is pretty small, bout an 1/2 inch to an inch. Anyways, it's this way because the guy who had the car before me bumped it with his knee and cracked the edge. Are there any shops that can fix it? Do you guys have any suggestions.

When I got into my accident, the dashpad cracked in the right front corner. I had good luck with those "dash repair" kits by Permatex. I bought the "expert" one, which came with a little electric heat gun, for $15. I found it at Pep Boys; I'm sure they're elsewhere.

GM also sells a repair kit that is basically a cover that fits over your existing dash. I don't know the serial number off hand, though...best of luck, though.
