115mph and 145 electro speedo swappable?

Hey,
just curious, what is involved in swapping out the 115 mph speedo for the 145 in a 92? It does, of course, have the electronic cluster, so do I just plug the new one in? or do I have to recalibrate the system somehow..... sending units and such...

Thanks!,
Daniel

Anything can be swapped, but do you just plug it in, or do other things need to be changed?

It should work fine just plugging it in.

So nothing else should need to be changed? The tach and Speedo will be accurate? Neat, Thanks.

I did this on my 88 and it was a direct swap. I suspect your car would be the same.
