If you haven't seen my other posts I have a 1984 Firebird. For those who have might be picking up on my crazy idea. I'm changing everything, so why stop at the body.

Anyway, I want to change from a standard bird to either a TA or Formula(If I do it I'm gonna do it right, don't worry). I'm talking about all new metal all around not just throwing some TA emblems on and saying "huh huh huh check out my TA baby". With that out of the way is this this possible? If I bought all new panels would they match up easily? Also what peices are the same (door skins, quarter panels etc.) so that I know it will be correct. Thanks for the help.

standard firebirds & formulas shared all the same body parts(even GTA shared the fenders from theses). The only thing the T/A had different was the fender vents(louvers,, whatever you like to call them) and gfx,, but they were no different than the GTA gfx. Add to your car what makes you walk out of the house & look & say,, I like what I'm gettin into to drive,, it's your car,, you only have to make yourself happy with it.

BTW I have a poseur 'GTA' myself,, check my sig,, I've never had to make excuses for what I did
