Installed new Headlghts but there is a problem

OK, so my body shop guy installed a new front bumper and spoiler. I had install new headlights as well. The problem is now the lights are weak and they flash when the turn signals are on. All the lights flash. I'm thinking it has a bad ground but I'm not sure where to look or how to properly ground it.
Thanks for any tips.

If the lights were working before the body shop touched the car, I would take it back there and have them fix it.

They are, I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. These were not the original lights and they said they were not electricians. Besides he painted the bumper and the spoiler (which I bought to replace the old ones that were trashed) for free. He installed the headlights as a favor. He is going to get an auto-electric guy to look at it on Monday.

Bad ground. Check the grounds for the front light harness (just follow the harness down the driver side fendertop and you'll see the eyelets. Make sure those are properly fastened to the car) and that the correct bulbs/pigtails were installed on the car.

I had some bodywork done years ago and had the H4 conversion lights in my car. I get the car back and they had halfass wired in the wrong sealed beam bulbs. H4666 vs H4656.

The problem has been corrected. It did have a bad ground connection. Thanks for the help.
